Biology Project - The Biology Project is an online interactive resource for learning biology. The site was developed and is kept up-to-date by the University of Arizona. Designed for college level students to review and use extra activities to assist in biology studies. BioZone - Menu listing of biology web sites with annotations and divided by subject. BMRB BioMagResBank -This repository database provides data from NMR spectroscopic investigations of biological macromolecules on proteins, peptides and nucleic acids. Cells Alive - Online since 1994 Cells Alive offers film and computer enhanced images of living cells and organisms for educational and medical research. RefSeq - The Reference Sequence (RefSeq) provides a stable reference for gene identification and characterization, mutation analysis, expression studies, polymorphism discovery, and comparative analyses. RefSeq records are derived from primary GenBank submissions with additional annotation and manual curation added by experts. It is a congressionally chartered organization that represents professionals at all degree levels and in all fields of chemistry. BioMed Central - Search peer-reviewed, open access journals curated by a recognized leader in STEM publishing. ChemCollective - Engaging online information and activities for chemistry education. Chemistry Functions - Conversion of calculations related to chemistry. Internet Database of Periodic Tables - This is the only comprehensive database of periodic tables & periodic system formulations. Organic Chemistry Portal: Name Reactions - This resource contains "information on the most important name reactions and keywords for the field of organic synthesis." Users can browse the alphabetical list of reactions to find relevant entries. Organic Chemistry Portal: Osiris Property Explorer - This tool allows chemistry researchers to draw chemical structures and predict the following properties of various substances: "toxicity risk assessment, cLogP, solubility, molecular weight, fragment-based drug-likeness, and overall drug-likeness." HyperPhysics - Physics course type information offered by physics professor at Georgia State University. Perimeter Institute's Educational Resources - free digital resources are designed to help teachers explain a range of important physics and science topics. Each compilation includes a set of lesson plans, hands-on activities and demos, modifiable worksheets, background information for teachers, and original PI videos. Physical Science Resource Center - This is a web based data bank that provides information for levels K-20. Links for teaching and learning resources in physical science. The materials are classified by grade levels, topics and activity types. Physics Central - Learn about physics from the American Physical Society. Physics Classroom - Introductory physics lessons. Stephen Hawking Centre for Theoretical Cosmology - The research centre within the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics (DAMTP) in the University of Cambridge was founded by Stephen Hawking, and includes information on the topics of blacks holes, cosmology, inflation, cosmic strings et al, and quantum gravity.
